Dan is not only an incredible guy and a great friend, but he genuinely goes above and beyond for people. When we had a major drain issue and an emergency came up at my apartment building on the weekend, Dan didn’t hesitate. Next thing we knew, he was there, working away and saving the day!

He could have easily said, “It’s the weekend, call someone Monday,” but that’s just not who Dan is. He showed up when we needed him, got to work, and helped us out when it really mattered.

Good people are hard to find, and Dan is one of them. If you need someone who knows what they’re doing, cares about his customers, and actually shows up when you need him — Grouse Underground is the guy to call.

He was at my place, 2 hours later. Ran a camera down the pipe, found the clog....which was very substantial. It took a while and he had to come at it from several different spots, but in the end he got the blockage cleared and explained why it had happened.

What started as a “minor clog” quickly revealed itself to be a full-on sewer horror movie, but he handled it like a true professional. No judgment, no fear—just a methodical approach to evicting whatever unholy beast was nesting in my plumbing.
