Drain cleaning and sewer service at Sun Peaks

Sun Peaks is a resort municipality northeast of Kamloops, up the Tod Mountain road from Heffley Creek, and it sits high enough that its winter is a different winter from the one in town.

Almost everything about the drain work here follows from two facts: the altitude and the occupancy pattern. Buildings run hard through a ski week and then sit empty. Traps dry out, lines sit unused in deep cold, and a property nobody is in is a property where a problem is discovered late.

The building stock is mostly strata and rental accommodation, which changes who calls and why. It is rarely one homeowner with one blocked sink. It is a manager with a building full of guests, a fixed changeover day, and a problem that has to be gone before the next arrivals.

Frozen lines are the seasonal reality rather than the exception, and a line that freezes at this elevation stays frozen until somebody thaws it.
